We built the search we wanted to run.
A job search is one loop: find a posting, work out whether it fits, apply, keep the thread alive, interview, learn something, repeat. Every tool we tried covered one step and left the rest to spreadsheets and memory. Codexa runs the whole loop, and sits beside you in the one step that still needs you.
What Codexa is
A Chrome extension that scores LinkedIn jobs against your resume where you already look. A workspace that turns your Gmail and calendar into an application funnel that keeps itself current. A desktop copilot that captions the interview, labels who is speaking, and drafts answers from your own history, with the source shown. And a memory that learns from all of it, but only changes what you approve.
What we hold to
Every claim shows its evidence. A score quotes the lines of your resume that earned it and names the gaps. An inference in your memory carries its source, and one click overrules it.
Nothing changes without you. What the copilot learns waits in a review inbox. Approve, edit or remove; deleting a profile removes everything it owns.
Invisible in the room. The overlay is content-protected, so a screen share or a recording never shows it. Hotkeys keep your hands where they were.
Pay for what runs. Minutes of captions and tokens of answers cost credits. Finding, scoring and tracking are free, and there is no subscription.
Questions, feedback, or a story about a round that went well.
