Codexa is an AI-powered developer assistant application that provides code assistance, transcription, and other productivity features. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to access AI-powered features.

- You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before use.
- We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of AI-generated content.

8. Service Availability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Service will immediately cease
- Unused credits may be forfeited
- We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
You may also delete your account at any time through the Service settings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
