What messages you'll receive

When you opt in, Codexa may send you recurring automated text messages in the following categories:

  • Account & security alerts: Sign-in verification codes, password and two-factor changes, and notices about unusual activity on your account.
  • Billing & credit notices: Purchase receipts, low credit-balance warnings, and order and shipping updates for Remote-Touch devices.
  • Appointment reminders: Confirmations and reminders for demos, onboarding calls, and support sessions you have scheduled with us.
  • Hiring process updates: If you have applied to work at Codexa: interview scheduling, status changes, and next steps in your application.
  • Product updates & new releases: New desktop app versions, feature announcements, and planned maintenance windows.
  • Promotions & offers: Occasional discounts, credit bonuses, and other promotional offers from Codexa.

Message frequency

Msg frequency varies. Messages are sent when something happens on your account — a sign-in attempt, a purchase, a scheduled appointment, a new release — so the number you receive depends on how you use Codexa. We do not send messages on a fixed schedule.

Message and data rates may apply. Codexa does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them under your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to get help or stop messages

  • To cancel: Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation text and then no further messages. To rejoin, text START to +1 (928) 414-8215.

  • Carrier support: Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
