Codexa now runs the whole loop
Codexa started life as one thing: a desktop copilot that captioned an interview and drafted answers. That was the step of a job search that hurt the most, so it was where we began. But a search is a loop, and a copilot that only shows up for the last step leaves you doing the other four in a spreadsheet.
Today Codexa runs the whole loop.
Find
Codexa for LinkedIn Jobs is a Chrome extension. While you browse LinkedIn Jobs it reads every card on the page, captures the full posting when you open one, and puts the score on the card. Hide a company once and it blurs everywhere. Apply, and the application is recorded without you touching a spreadsheet. Auto-scan captures a whole page for you, at a human pace.
Score
Every posting is ranked against your resume requirement by requirement. Must-haves and nice-to-haves are counted separately, every met line quotes the part of your history that met it, and every gap is named. A score of 90 with "Must 18/18" means eighteen required lines, each with its evidence, not a vibe. Dismiss a job and the ranker learns.
Track
Connect Gmail and "Thanks for applying" starts the record. Each follow-up advances the stage from Applied through Screening, Interviews and Final round to Closed, and recruiter and assessment emails are labeled on the way in. Archive what is dead, mark what is hired.
Interview
Connect your calendar and interview invites become rounds on the application, with the copilot armed before the call. Both sides are captioned live and labeled Me and Others. When the interviewer finishes a thought, one hotkey drafts an answer from your resume, notes and past sessions, with its sources shown. The overlay is content-protected, so it never appears in a screen share or a recording.
Learn
Everything Codexa learns carries its source. Corrections the scorer noticed, answers you gave, notes from a call: each lands in a review inbox as a card. Approve, edit or remove. Nothing changes your profile without you, and the next score and the next answer use what you approved.
What it costs
Finding, scoring and tracking are free. Minutes of live captions and the tokens a drafted answer uses come out of one credit balance that never expires. There is no subscription.
Download the desktop app, install the extension, connect Gmail and your calendar, and let your experience answer for itself.
